At My Scan T-Shirt, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, please note the following return policy:

1. Customized Products:

   • Products customized according to the consumer's needs and requests are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all personalized QR code T-shirts.

2. Exceptions:

   • The only exceptions to this policy are if the personalized product is not prepared according to the consumer's specifications or if the product is defective or damaged.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products:

   • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at myscantshirt@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.

4. General Conditions:

   • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

5. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return for a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at myscantshirt@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

6. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

7. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect products will be covered by us.
